When I found out I won VIP tickets to the #heavenlyhouseparty I was so happy! I missed out on their bunny spa a few months ago for health reasons and so I was determined to make it to this event.
7th Heaven (formerly knows as Montagne Jeunesse) is a company that makes face masks, hair treatments etc at affordable prices. I love their products and would even pay more for them if they were more expensive (but please don’t do this if you’re reading 7th Heaven!)
The heavenly house party was to celebrate 30 years of the company- and boy do they know how to deck our a party!
The house party covered 4 floors.. At the top floor there were free yoga and pilates workshops. I had my first yoga class with Luna- which was fun, but I am not a natural!
After the class we got lots of free sample products to try, and in the next room you could get a free face mask or beauty treatment. There were a few too many people so we skipped on this and took some more samples instead.
We went one floor below and enjoyed a chocolate fountain and massive sweet cart. I guzzled loads of strawberries, marshmallows and pretzels with the chocolate fountain! There was also a machine where you could inhale chocolate.
We then went to the next room where we had a pleasure of making our own beauty face mask! You start with a base (I used clay for my drier skin), and added fruit (I used strawberries and avocado). Muddled these in and then added some ground walnuts for a more exfoliating mask… finally I added in a bit of lavender oil to help with the scent and relaxation. It was great fun to make and use at home! It was great to learn about the nourishments your skin can get from the fruits used in 7th Heaven products as well.
We went to the next floor below (we started at the top and worked our way down because we saw the booze was lower down- and we wanted to be there after doing all the beauty stuff! Very clever planning by me I think!)
We had some cocktails which were themed around different face masks made by 7th Heaven. They were so bright and colourful just like the 7th Heaven products.
There was an amazing cake sculpture of a lady with lots of fruits and a face mask- it was amazing! So much thought and details has gone into this party!
There was the football on a large screen and bean bags for those who didn’t want to miss out on the Euros but I was much more interested in the next room where there was a retro themed room complete with space hoppers, Rubiks cubes, inflatable old boom boxes and the old cellphones you’d only find in the 80’s!! There was a DJ, photo booth, retro pop corn machine and a dance floor- what else could a girl ask for?
Thanks 7th Heaven for a great evening, I can’t wait to use all my face masks, they are so handy Im even taking them travelling!
