I’ve visited all the Barrios in London.. Its a popular bar to choose and well known by Londoners. In fact I should probably post on those when I get a chance. The caravan and decor in Barrio East and North are my favourite but Barrio Central has awesome wallpaper (honestly look at it- the blue monkey one!)
Barrio Central has great wallpaper, pretty OK cocktails (Gingerbread colada was my fave last night) and just the most amazing music!
The staff are lovely- the barmen, security at the door… Everyone is fun and polite. But the place was jam packed!! The downstairs bar even had a queue.. i didnt even bother going downstairs yesterday, it wasnt worth the effort!
But I have been downstairs before and its a fun little place the Barrio Central- and conveniently places on the popular Poland street.
The tunes yesterday were just off the charts amazing- reggae, dance hall, dance, old skool anthems filled the bar and everyone was loving it!!
Id recommend Barrio Central to anyone, but be prepared to be packed into a small area and be constantly pushed around by people moving around. It’s a good time!
